Our Equipment

LiDAR system

Panpro Team d.o.o., is particularly proud to be the first in the world to develop software tools available for wide use, with which, based on a selected cloud of points and the driver’s movement path, the available sight distance along existing roads can be determined-measured and compared with the required or overtaking sight distance.

These tools are widely used by the Panpro Team on the national road network in the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro. The use of these tools is particularly evident in road rehabilitation projects and traffic safety inspections (RSI).

The generation of point clouds of very high density (1.3 million/sec), i.e. laser scanning of the road and its surroundings, is carried out with lidar equipment produced by the leader in this field, OUSTER. The lidar device OS2-64, owned by our company is integrated with the inertial system (xNAV 650) of the company OxTS, which is also a world leader in its domain. The hardware system exchanges and corrects data with the network of base stations via an RTK modem developed by the company DTC. The position and orientation of the vehicle, on which this equipment is mounted is determined by two VEXXIS GNSS-500 antennas from the world-famous manufacturer NovAtel.

Inspection Camera

IVS Tech 3899FB-38100 Inspection Camera with Auto Leveling Head and 38mm to 100m Cable

All parts (including camera head, screen, cable, etc.) are mounted on a robust stainless steel spool.
The system is mostly used for the inspection of sewers, air conditioning systems, chimneys, plumbing, buildings, cable pipes and ventilation systems, etc.

The IVS Tech 3899FB inspection camera has been very successfully used on numerous road rehabilitation and sanation projects in which the Panpro Team participated.

With its use, various types of damage to the atmospheric sewage were detected, such as: deformations, cracks in the pipes, punctures in the pipeline,…

Detected damages necessitated the application of project solutions for the rehabilitation of the atmospheric sewage system in order to prevent further deterioration of the road body and pavement.

Ground Penetrating Radar

Proceq GS8000 represents the last word of technology when it comes to ground radars and in the business processes of the project organization Panpro Team d.o.o. is used primarily for the purposes of discovering the position of underground installations, which is an activity of essential importance for the adequate and correct design of roads and other infrastructure systems.

In addition to detecting the location of underground installations, modern georadar systems are very often used during archaeological research, but also when searching and clearing the terrain of unexploded mines and other assets left over from previous wars fought in these areas.

Proceq GS8000 combines and covers all common frequencies 40-3440 MHz2 so that it does not require special preparation and adaptation to recordings for different needs, i.e. different depths. Depending on the material in the subsoil and the dimensions of the object from which the waves are reflected, Proceq GS8000 can successfully detect installations at depths of up to 10m, and the best result is shown at the usual depths of 0.5-2m.
