PanPro co founder Marina Komad

Marina Komad

Director and Founder

Director and founder of Panpro Team, and have more than 20 years of experience as a lead road design engineer, for highways and major state and city roads and interchanges. She is well experienced in the management of multidisciplinary projects including bridges, viaducts and utilities. In addition to designing experience, she held the position of director for Belgrade branch office in one of the largest road design companies in Serbia, for 6 years. During that period, except managing numerous multidisciplinary project teams, the main role was managing a team of 30 employees, mostly engineers. At the same time, the main task was managing and enforcing contracts, negotiating with investors and with subcontractors, the workflow and management of design preparation.

From January 2011, she started as Construction Monitoring Manager/Deputy Resident engineer for South Approach Roads to ”Ada” Bridge over river Sava in Belgrade. That project was contracted under Yellow FIDIC condition. Managing the team of more then 15 engineers, she finished that, over 3 years lasting project, as Resident engineer, leading job to the end for last seven months.

From January 2011, she used previous experience for development and growth of Panpro Team.

PanPro founder Misel Sabo

Mišel Sabo

Co-owner and Director

Mišel Sabo was born in Belgrade (R.Serbia) on August 21, 1970. He was educated and lived in Pancevo, where he graduated from the mathematics gimnasy, after which he began studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering – University of Belgrade. He graduated in 1999 from the Department of Roads and Railways.

During and after his studies, he worked and trained in several companies “Road Institute” a.d. – Belgrade, “Gemax” d.o.o. – Belgrade, “Centar za puteve Vojvodina” a.d. In the period from 2010-2014, he was employed in “Corridors of Serbia”, where for the last two years he was employed as the director of the Technical preparation and design sector. In addition to his work engagement in the period from 2004-2014, he was a member of the commission for the expert control of projects of importance for the republic on the territory of AP Vojvodina. In 2014, he assumed the position of director in the company Project Biro Utiber d.o.o..

Since 2018, he has been dedicated to the company Panpro Team d.o.o. which he joined as co-owner and director in 2014. In addition to the previous one, in the period from 2014-2017 he was also engaged as the chairman of the supervisory board of PCC “Put” from Novi Sad. In his previous career, mainly as a responsible or chief and lead design engineer, he participated in a large number of road construction projects of importance for the state in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro. He participated in numerous congresses in the country and abroad, where he exhibited his works.

In 2021, he acquired licenses for traffic safety inspection (RSI) and audits (RSA). He is particularly proud of the creation of innovative software solutions and tools for the use of point clouds for the purposes of determining available sight distances on existing roads, which has an immeasurable contribution to the sphere of traffic safety.

Milica Milenković

Spatial planner

Born in Paracin, where she has finished secondary Economic school. She has completed her graduate and got university and master's studies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Geography, department Spatial Planning. She is licensed urban planner (licence UP 02-01) and a member of SCoE (Serbian Chamber of Engineers). Currently employed in the Panpro team in the position of Spatial planner. Besides daily work in profession, she also performs tasks related to the environment, she is also the assistant of directors and performs administrative and economic tasks.

Đorđe Sokić

Traffic designer

Born in Belgrade. He finished primary and secondary school in Ub. He completed his graduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Traffic and Transport in Belgrade, and is currently a PHD student at the aforementioned faculty. He has a traffic engineer’s license and is a member of SCoE (Serbian Chamber of Engineers). Currently employed in the Panpro team in the position of responsible traffic designer. Not married.
